Development Overview
Infinite Campus, Inc. is a Minnesota based company that provides technology platforms for schools and government agencies nationwide. In 2007, Infinite Campus proposed building a new 132,000 square foot corporate headquarters building on 109th Avenue in Blaine. The City of Blaine required a traffic impact study as part of the development approval process.
Project Scope
Spack Consulting prepared a traffic impact study for the proposed office complex. Morning and evening peak hour operations of two intersections were analyzed to determine if they could accommodate the traffic from the proposed development. An improvement plan was developed for the site’s access on 109th Avenue.
Accomplishments
The Infinite Campus development plan, including the traffic impact study, was approved by the city in 2007. The headquarters building was built in 2008.
