Development Overview
Golden Nugget Development is proposing a 168 acre residential development in Dayton. It is planned to contain 234 single family lots and 72 multi-family units. An Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was prepared by Pioneer Engineering to assess the environmental impacts of the proposed project
Project Scope
Spack Consulting prepared the traffic impact section of the EAW. The development's access intersections on Dayton River Road and on North Diamond Lake Road were analyzed for the morning and evening peak hours. Turn lane configurations and stop sign control were recommended for the new intersections.
Accomplishments
The traffic impact analysis was included in the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the development. The project is currently going through the approval process.
