Meet Hailey Pederson, Spack Consulting’s Newest Team Member
We are excited to introduce Hailey Pederson, the newest member of the Spack Consulting team. After a summer and fall as an intern, Hailey now joins the team as a full-time traffic engineer, actively working on our various traffic impact and parking studies.
She is a third-generation civil engineer, who knew as a young child that she would one day be a civil engineer like her dad. Hailey loves the problem-solving aspect of traffic engineering. As no two sites are the same, there is a unique solution to be found for each project. She also has a passion for learning and finds there is always something new to explore in the ever-changing field of civil engineering.
Hailey has a BS degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She honed her engineering skills while working at Kimley-Horn, SEH Inc., and the City of Inver Grove Heights prior to joining Spack Consulting.
When she isn’t working to solve traffic issues, you will find her baking, spending time with family, and building her new home. (yes, she knows her way around a construction site too!) A little-known fact about Hailey is her love of geography. She got her first atlas in third grade and memorized every country and capital, just for fun.
We are excited to have Hailey’s analytical, problem-solving talents as part of our team.
